XVIII: My First Boners
I just bought these. I'm guessing the bigger box has more selection for arms & stuff, but this ought to do for the few conversions I have in mind right now.

XVII: The first eight
Here's a crappy picture of the first eight plague marines, all bassed-up. Three are still waiting on backpacks, but most of 'em are ready to go to paint.

XVI: Back Again (now with more BackPacks!)
Another customized backpack post:

I reckon the new hose & walnuts add a little something that was missing on the right-hand backpack.

XV: Corrupting the Chaplain

BEFORE

AFTER
That book was a nightmare to remove; I don't know if I was using the wrong kind of tool or what, but it took forever.
I think he fits-in much nicer with the rest of the boys now.

XIV: Putting my Heads Together
Well, I saw these WWII heads used online for an IG army, and I loved the look of them, but once my order came in & I put them next to my Plague Marine torsos.... they seemed a little.... thin. So I looked around & found some plastic marine heads I wasn't going to use, filed their faces off, and glued the two halves together. Obviously there's going to be some GS required to fill-in the seams, but at least I can use these heads now.
